I'll keep this short.
I am planning to start a business which is owned by not just one but multiple owners. What are the legal documents needed to make a business owned by multiple owners. I called them co-owners or equity investors.
Example: I would like to start a business with 1.5m pre-capital.
If each of our future co-owners invested a 500k, then the business would have a 3 owners.
There would be an owner which usually owns majority of the business and in control of all aspect of the business, like management, financial, acquisitions etc.
In addition, what is the best for business entity or business structure to make for my business model above?
1. Sole Entrepreneurship
2. General Partnership
3. Limited Partnership
4. Corporation
