Arresto Menor

The Office of the City Prosecutor had issued a subpoena against me and I need to submit a counter affidavit within 10 days after the receipt of the latter. Was wondering only a copy of subpoena was mailed walang copya ng complaint or whatsoever, taliwas sa nakalagay sa subpoena na "attached are copy of complaints, evidence of the complainant".

Issue:
Me and my live-in partner wishes to get married in Japan. Is there any chances that i will be barred from leaving the country?
