Arresto Menor

i am 30 years old and my father abandon us when i was just 5 yrs old. After that he never help us financially and didn't bother about us. My mother raised as alone, as a single parent. Now i found his whereabouts, his address and his life.

i want to file a case, pleased advise me.

Talk to your family first if they agree with your plans on filing a case against your estranged father. It would be foolhardy to file a case alone, and it may only uproot painful memories for your family members.

If you are serious in filing a case, you should talk to a lawyer who specializes in family law so that he can review your case and see if litigation may prosper against your father.
