Arresto Menor

Ang father ko po ay may sinasakang lupa simula pa noong 1950's. Kami po ay bumubuwis sa may ari ng lupa. Noong 2002 namatay po ang aking ama. Naiwan po sa amin magkapatid ang lupa na sinasaka na tatlong ektarya. Taoong 2003 naparehistro ho kami sa DAR bilang agricultural tenant ng lupa na sinasaka namin. May ibinigay po silang katunayan na kami pong magkapatid ay tenant . Ngayon pong 2018 gusto ng may ari ng lupa na paalisin kami at ibebenta na daw po at nag ooffer ng 20k na halaga para umalis na kami. Ano po ang pwede namin gawin kung sakaling pwersahan kaming paalisin?
