Ask ko lang po kung may karapatan po ba ang byenan ko sa nabentang lupa ng amo nya? Sya po ay naging care taker ng lupa ng dati nyang amo for more than 30 years... Wala po syang sahod. Kaya ang ginawa nya, nagtayo sya ng maliit na tindahan para may mapagkunan sya ng income, nag-paupa sya ng dalawang pwesto ng negosyo para dagdag income nya monthly at nagme.maintenance din kc sya ng gamot.
For almost 8 years na ung hanapbuhay nya hanggang ngaun. Ngayong nabenta ang lupa na binabantayan nya for around 500m. Binigyan sila ng 1 Month na palugit ng may-ari na umalis na sa lupa. Tapos wlang nabanggit n kung magbibigay ung may-ari, ang dinadahilan ng may-ari na pinakinabangan daw nila ung lupa. Ang tanong ko, may karapatan po b ang byenan ko na humingi ng parte sa nabentang lupa? Ang estimate nya kung mabibigyan sya ng pero mga halagang 50,000 lang di nya p sure un. Pinapapunta sya dun sa bahay ng amo nya para kausapin this week. Di namin alam kung may ibibigay b talaga or wala. At kung meron man, ilang percent po b ang dapat n makuha nya? Sana po ay masagot ang mga tanong ko. Salamat po.
