I have canadian live in partner in singapore and he stil married in the PI, their annulment is stil on process. His "wife " have live in partner also in the PI and they have child. But the wife is demanding for spousal support as she is saying to my partner that he need to support her bcos they are stil married.kailangan ba talga suportahan yang ganyang klaseng babae? What legal action pwede nmin gawin ? Thank you sa advice

Thank you for your time reading my post, kasal po sila sa pilipinas. at naka file na ang annulment.
may bagong asawa na at may anak na din sila .Pilipino yung current partner nia ngayon. Yung Girl is
nag dedemand ng spousal support daw. Kailangan pa din ba magbigay ni foreigner sa kanya kahit may kinakasama na sia ? San ba nmin pwede dalhin ang pang gugulo niang eto tungkol sa pera? Salamat.

May anak ba silang mag asawa? if wala, IMHO he can just ignore her since it would be very stupid on the wife's part to raise this through court since pwedeng sya ang maidemanda for concubinage. also, obligasyon ng mag asawa na supportahan ang isat isa, so kung wala naman anak na involved, pwede din argue na hingan ng support ang wife.
