Magandang Gabi po,.

My case was provisionally dismissed last September 10, 2015, and as per article that I read, if the Provisionally Dismissed Case haven't revived for 1-2 years the case will be Permanently dismiss, (which is fortunate, that happens, I mean my case is not revive during the bar time period).
But the thing is, I want to clarify if my case is really permanently dismissed, even though I haven't received any notification regarding that.

go to the court and inquire about the status. some courts permanently dismiss by themselves. some want you to file a motion to have it permanently dismissed

Hypothetical Scenario:

What if I go to the court and what if the case was revived and they sent me a subpoena or something but I did not attend, and they file the warrant against me I moved a lot of places during that bar time period, (so that is the reason why I haven't received any notification from them, but they have my provincial address. But when I approached my siblings and relatives back there in my hometown, they said that they haven't received any notification or subpoena too.)

The hypothetical question is "Are they going to arrest me, right away?"
