Good day, paano po ba masasabi na may illegal road widening? what are the grounds? squatter po ang lugar namin pero may namumuno sa lugar namin. gusto niya po ay mag-road widening and reblocking, hinihingan po ng legal papers ngunit wala naman pong mapakita ang namumuno. Gusto niya pong bawasan ang lahat ng sukat ng bahay pero ayaw niyanh bawasan yung bahay niya. any legal advice po salamat

Last year May 2017 nag aquire po ako ng Camella house and lot sa Trece Martires Cavite . nag bayad po ako ng down payment na 228 thousand . kaya lang po ang naging problem hindi ko nacomplete yung required documents. Ngayon po nag follow up ako ang sabi po saakin porfeith na daw po ang binayad ko. ganun po ba talaga pinaghirapan ko po yung pera nag OFW ako para magkabahay pero ganoon po ang nangyari . wala na po ba talaga chance na magamit ang down payment ko ? please help po

if you bought the property from the developer, then your recourse is to file a complaint at hlurb.
