Hi, ask ko lang po yung situation ng younger sister ko. Nagcheck sya ng cenomar ng bf nya dahil gusto na nila magpakasal and she found out that his bf got married year 2000. Pero hindi daw nagsama at matagal ng hiwalay. Question ko po is lahat ba ng nakaregister sa NSO valid ang marriage? 19 years old lang yung guy nung kinasal without parental consent. Valid po ba ang kasal pag nakafile na sa NSO especially nakita sa cenomar na married na? Thank you po

Yes, all registered marriages are considered valid sa mata ng batas. kakailanganin maideklara ng korte na void or annulled ang kasal bago ito iamend sa records ng NSO.
