Ask ko lang po sana kung may liability po ba ang babaeng pagkatapos ikasal ay "single" pa rin sya sa lahat ng mga documents nya. Alam kong optional ang paggamit ng wife sa apelyido ng husband nya pero dapat magpapalit na sya ng marital status into "married". Salamat.

The moment na nagpa-kasal ka, you are changing your status and not just your name. Therefore once you got married, you should change it. Also, para saan pa at nagpakasal ka kung hindi mo din naman babaguhin ang status mo?

pwede ba makusahan ng falsification of documents dahil hindi binago ang status from single to married? kung ofw ang babae may posibilidad po ba na madeport soya dahil dito.
