Good day! I would like to ask the procedure on how to split a land title. What kind of taxes are supposed to be paid. The following are the
details:
-There are 4 properties with the 4 names of the sisters (A,B,C,D) in each of the title.
- The 3 properties will be named to one of the co-owner (A) while the 4th property will be named into
the 3 co-owners, (B,C,D)
- the 3 properties are equivalent to the share of A on the 4th property
What are the kinds of taxes, if any should be paid?
