hi Atty, hingi po sana ko ng advise bilang isang Tenant sa isang Studio Unit na Apartment sa Makati. Ung Lessor po ksi may mga miscellaneous fees like Electricity Consumption sa corridor and bayad sa Security Guard na ipinapataw sa Tenants na wala naman sa contract na pinirmahan nmin. Plus ngayon na nag-End of Contract na ko, sinasabi nila na yung bayad daw sa pagpapa repaint ng Unit ay ipapataw din po sa akin which is wla din sa contract. "di nman po ata considered as damage kng medyo naging luma na yung pintura sa Unit ksi di ba dapat maintenance nila yun at sila ang sasagot dun hindi ung tenant?" ano po ba maganda gawin natin dito Attorney? tnx

are you leaving the apartment? document what the studio looks like. keep all your docs. you can file a complaint at the bgy if she does not pay back your deposit. then a small claims case. rules on sc.judiciary.gov.ph.
