hi,

2015 I got my first child use last name DELOS REYES and we are not yet married then 2018 the father of my Son and I got married and found out that in NSO birth Cert is DE LOS REYES.

Upon applying of passport our last name is DE LOS REYES and our son is DELOS REYES.

Is there a problem on immigration to other country?

probably not, but you could have asked the Local Civil Registry to correct this first as a clerical error
