Oooops! sori...
Nag start na yung company ko ng regularization this March po ang effectivity, pero hindi po naka indicate kung kelan kami na hire, so parang back to zero po ung service namin, because of that po, madami ang ayaw mg sign ng contract until hindi nila i-include sa contract ang date hired nmin, pero ayaw po ng company mg issue ng COE sa amin..continous rehiring po ako for more than 5 years, tnx!
