NTE = Notice to Explain lang iyan. sinasaad na may ginawa ka, possible na may na violate kang policy, at karagdagan parusa kung ikaw ay nahatulan ng guilty ay termination ang maaring ipataw sa iyo. pero hindi sinasabi na guilty ka na kaagad, kaya sagutin mo lang ang NTE.
sa sinasabi mo kung may laban ka, depende sa hawak nilang ebidensiya.

why did you file a case at dole/nlrc? if it was for illegal termination, what was the cause? the nte may be an attempt by the company to cover up its illegal dismissal
