Relative Adoption Case

Hello po, May anak ako sa pagka dalaga. Now, I'm married and my husband wants to let my son use his lastname. Gusto po nya e change yung apilyido nang anak ko sa pgka dalaga. since 2yrs old anak ko sya yung nkalakihan nyang ama. We went to DSWD and they said since this is a case for "Relative Adoption" they can't handle it. So they suggested to go directly to lawyer and request to file petition to court for relative adoption. Nabigla kami kasi ang mahal nang singil nang lawyer.. 100,000 thousand dw for relative adoption? how true is this? Ganito ba tlaga kamahal ang ganitong case?

Grabe naman. paano kng tama2 lang tlaga yung income hindi pla kakayanin yung gasto. haiz san kaya ako makakanap namdyo mababa pa.

That is a sacrifice you have to make to legally adopt. You can always opt to look for a cheaper lawyer. But that is not the only expense you have to worry about.

Kahit relative adoption? 100k? anak ko sa pagka dalaga eh. kala ko hindi pricey pg gnyan. kala ko ang mahal yung adoption tlaga na hindi ka ano ano. okay lang sana kng installment. pro hindi eh hiningan tlaga kami 100k agad2.
