Hi,
My car was hit last September 2017. They promise to pay and or fix my car to their relative's workshop. Problems is, nde fully naayos. Tapos iba ung nakabangga s my ari ng kotse. Bale ung nakabangga ayaw n magbayad kse kiniclaim nya n inutusan lng nman sya. So after 8months, my natirang damages pa n nangako nman ung nakabangga n if papaayos ko, maghahati sila nung my ari. Walang hatiang nangyare.

Anything I can do about this?

Sept 2017 pa pero ngayon ka lang gagawa ng action? anyway you can try reporting the case to the police.

Nakipag areglo sila. Tsaka kapitbahay ko lng kse. At my talyer nman sila. So pumayag ako.

first file a case at the bgy then consider a small claims case. bring your car to the casa and get an estimate

I was involve im motorcycle accident.. Im the victim.
.we did came up of the aggrement that he will pay for the damage he cause.. So i file an affidavit of dessestant...cause he promise to pay... The question is mahahabol ko pa bah ang suspect if hindi sya tumupad sa usapan.. even i sign an affidavit of dessestant.. ?.pls help po

Im The victim but the police wont give me my license if i havent make an affidavit of dessestant..so that also one of the factor i file for the affidavit..? Opinion plss
