Romeo and juliet scenario pls help

Good morning po.my brother had a live in partner who died recently.they have 2 kids together.they're childhood sweethearts before had their own separate families and years passed they met again and was together eversince.very cute love story.they frequently fight and separate but keep ending back together...they must love each other...thats how i see it.last year his girlfiend, irish, was diagnosed with tubercolosis.my brother was there to be with her no matter what,schedules to doctors,medication..with everything...3 weeks ago they had a big fight and irish went back home to her family (siblings ).
Her family hated my brother.they wouldnt let irish come back with my brother even if he pleaded just for the sake of irish's health,for the doctor and her medication is where they live.but still,her family refused.today one of irish sister sent my brother a msg.that irish had died with no interest of having anyone from my brother nor his family to be near her
I tried going there today and they literally pushed me out their compound,that dont even know me but just because im the sister,im automatically an enemy..
Thats how bad they hate my brother.their 2 kids is now separated,the eldest live with irish family and the youngest is with my brother.i hope i didnt bore you with this long story just to ask is there a way for us or my brother specially to see irish for the last time?they are not married but have their kids.we tried everything today to view irish,but they wont budge.is there any way my brother see his partber for the last time?

There is no legal remedy for this. if you were hurt, consider filing a case of unjust vexation or slight physical injuries against those who did it at the police station, then work out a settlement to be allowed viewing
