Arresto Menor

Hi Atty, this is very vague kasi I’m not sure what happened pa fully. My cousin, he got arrested kasi because of sholift sa SM. And nasa munisipyo siya ngayon because of that. And yung gf lang kasi niya ang nagkwento. Gusto ko lang malaman if iba ba yung penalty ng SM when it comes to shoplift? And ano yung penalty ba kapag nag shoplift. Thank you so much
