I wanted to change the surname of my first child who was born before the the dearh of my husband. Its been 5 years then i did re married again now in pregnant condition. My first child is now 5 years old and i want ro change her surname using my first husband surname to my recent husband now to avoid the conflicts and discrimination in future between my future children. What /whom and where should i comply with my situation. Thanks
