Hi,
I would just like to ask if this situation of marriage is valid. My cousin married a lady aged 16 and got married in an “independent catholic church” which I think is not recognized by the catholic church. Neither did they undergo pre marriage seminar and church seminars, which are requirements as well before getting married. Now, since both of them did not meet the basic requirements, is this marriage even valid?

Only the court can declare a marriage void. Regardless if the marriage is voidable, a case would still need to be filed in court to declare the marriage void.
