Arresto Menor

Maganda araw po. isa po akong teacher sa private school cover po ako ng 2 years contract at may kasamang MOA about bond for entire school year. tapos ko na po ang isang school year at ayaw ko na pong mag patuloy.. maari po ba akong tumangging pirmahan ung susunod na MOA at mag resign.? maari pa din po ba akong kasuhan dahil sa breach of contract? at pag bayarin ng 50k na bond?

resign properly and render a 30 day notice period. you can refuse to pay the bond, and that might result in them holding your last pay and withholding clearance but to collect from you, they have to file a collection case. you can use the defense that it was a 'contract of adhesion' where you had no choice but to sign it and they would also need to prove their entitlement to the bond
