Good eve ..gusto ko po mag tanong ..bumili ako ng lupa kaso ang nkuha ko palang is ung xerox ng titulo..inaantay ko palang ung deed of sale..
Gusto ko po maliwanagan..ano b dapat ang processo ng pag bili at pag transfer ng titulo?maraming salamat s pag sagot..

Try reading this. https://www.alburovillanueva.com/land-titles-real-property-registration

1. Secure that deed of sale, then have it notarized.
2. Pay taxes (DGT and DST) with the BIR
3. Secure CAR from BIR
4. Pay all outstanding RPT with City Treasurer's Office
5. Pay transfer fees with City Treasurer's Office
6. Register the deed of sale with the RD

Once the title is issued, though, don't forget to secure a new tax declaration in your name.
