i'm asking for a little help. i'm scared until now

Hi. ask ko lang po kung anu pwede ko ikaso sa guy na to, kasi may instance na nangyari sa akin this week lang. i'm not homophobe or anything pero sorry po. lalake po ako. Meron po kasing guy na pinipilit akong umuwi sa bahay nila or iuwi ko daw po sa bahay nmin. i said NO many times and bigla nya pong sinabi sa akin "Magkano ba rating mo" kinabahan na po ako. So aun po tumakbo ako but this guy kept on following me. until now i'm still shaking because of what happened, hindi na din po ako makakain at makalabas pag nakakarinig na din po ako ng motor para bang i'm in a paranoid state na po.

Well, mahirap magfile ng case against sa lalaking yan since di naman natin alam yung identity to begin with.

Punta ka sa police station and talk to a police officer there, maybe they can help in identifying the person who did that to you.

It is possible, lalo na kung pati details ng address and workplace nya ay nalaman ng mga pulis. However, be prepared to spend money since litigation is never cheap. Also, mag-iinvestigate pa yung mga pulis sa concern mo and it usually takes a long time before they will have a police report regarding your incident.

Alternatively, you can also go to the Public Attorney's Office for free legal advice regarding your situation.
