ang mabuti kong gawin.

wala na kasing akong

how did you get this information. if they filed a case, they wouldn't tell you, they would just wait for the subpoena to arrive.

did you actually issue checks, and did they really deposit them and send you a written notice of dishonor?

to attend sa court somewhere in makati. then tumawag sa akin yung taga crame dadamputin daw nila ako pati nanay ko kasi nanay ko yung nakalagay sa form na pinirmahan ko wala naman alam ang nanay ko. opo nag issue po ako ng check nung una ok naman po hulog ko kaso nawalan po ako ng work. nakalagay din sa text na tawagan ko daw yung attorney na may hawak ng kaso so i called the attorney tapos pinasesettle nya sa akin yung utang ko umaabot na ng 94,000 until tommorow wala naman akong kukuhanan nun kasi nga wala akong work. and im afraid na baka makulong kami ni mama. Pls help me sir....
di ko po alam kung may letter na dumating para sa akin kasi wala na naman ako sa office and its been two years na saka lang nila ako tinext. Makukulong po ba ako.

this sounds more like dirty tactics of collection agencies to intimidate you into paying. police don't call, they just come and arrest you IF they have a warrant. my guess this is all bogus.

nevertheless, the bank can truly file a case of bp22 against you, but they have to show that they sent you a written notice that the check was dishonored. good luck.

wala naman akong nareceive na letter. just a text last dec.20 saying they filed a case against me under bp22 after reading their text may tumawag bigla na he's from camp crame and pupuntahan daw ng tauhan nya ang bahay namin. So i decided to call the attorney who's handling my case, so he told me to settle it as soon as possible if not
he will issue a restraining order i don't know what is that. Then nakalagay din dun sa text na i failed to attend in the court first and foremost po wala naman kasi akong natatanggap na letter na i need to go to the court. I'm scared kasi po paalis po ako papuntang ibang bansa para magwork. baka po mahold ako dahil sa kasong ito. Salamat po ng marami.

and you haven't changed address? if you wish to reassure yourself, get an nbi clearance to see if there is nay record. you can also inquire with the Bureau of Immigration if you are on the watch list.

but my guess is these are all just scare tactics.

hi po! alam nyo pinagbayad po ako ng attorney last dec.23, 2010 ng 20thou kaso po 5 thou lang yung nabigay ko. sabi ng attorney sa dec.29, 2010 yung ibang payment kaso po wala na ko maihulog wala naman kasi akong work. tapos ngayun po tumawag uli yung taga crame kaso di ko nasagot kasi naiwan ko yung cellphone ko sa taas ng bahay. tapos po tinext ako ng tagacrame sabi nila ganito" bakit di mo sinasagot tawag ko. galit na galit yung attorney dahil sa ginawa nyo. humahanda kayong mga
gago kayo!" Yan mismo ang text nya. wala naman akong ginawa sa attorney naghahanap nga ako ng pera para mabawasab kahit konti yung hiningi ng attorney. Ano po ba masasabi nyo sa kanila. Do they have the right to treat people like me this way. Im really scared...

why don't you check if they are really bonafide lawyers and police in
the first place. many collection agents pretend to be like that. check out if the lawyer is included in the law list at sc.judiciary.gov.ph. ask for the police man's number at crame to call him through the trunk line.

my bet is that these people are bogus. i recommend you deal directly with the card company to work out a deal.
