I filed a case against my previous employer for illegal dismissal.
They did not show up on the first two hearings.
I had an exchange of email with the HR Manager and she said they did not receive any notice/letter from NLRC.
Now, the LA required me to submit a position paper on April 6, 2011.
What if my previous employer will not submit a position paper? What will be the next action I am going to do?
