Tanong lang po how to compute moral damages done by contractor due to following reason

1 . Misrepresentation of construction materials Jackbuilt Vs ordinary CHB
2. Fraudelent transaction between broker and buyer.
3. delay of turn over
4. Wrong house & Lot issued. The house constructed which i visited from time to time. and perform ritwals are found to be not my house during the time its ready for turn over.
