Arresto Menor

magandang araw po tanong ko lng po, tenerminate po ako ng aking employer in immediate termination, nag file po ako sa NLRC ng illegal dismissal, kapag nagpa clearance po ba ako wala po akong habol sa company? kasi 5 days daw po kailangan ibalik ko na mga gamit gaya ng uniform cellphone ng company at iba pa, salamat po sa sasagot in advance.

may habol ka pa kahit nagpa clearance ka na. just don't sign any release and quitclaim.
