Arresto Menor

Need help lang.

1 employee (rank and file failed to inform her supervisor of her extension of leave.
3 days lang ang na-approved leaves nya, and yet she informed us 7:28 am ng saturday?

Can i suspend her? since nagfall siya sa insubordination?

Need help on this matter/ Thank you

if your policy states that it is insubordination to extend leave without approval, yes you can suspend her. please do due process.

if it's preventive suspension, you should be able to justify whether that person is a threat. if it is as punishment then it should be after due process has been followed.
