I need a lawyer for Petition for correction and cancellation

I need assistance for this and it will be in Manila City Hall

First certificate has no last name(not married yet). Correct year of birth
Father was not signed on the COLB and no proof of filiation

Second certificate with Father's name but incorrect year of birth which we need to cancel since it is considered duplicate

This is for the same person who have 2 different certificate

Gusto ko po magtanong kung magkano po inaabot na halaga ang pagpapa cancelation of first entry ng birth certificate. May nakuha kasi ako dati sa archive na wala ako birth certificate then no record sa nso sa province kaya nagpa late registered ako. Then ng kukuha ulit ako ng copy ng bc dto sa manila, may una daw ako na bc at yun ang binigaybsa akin. Ang problema ay mali yung middle initial ko saka middle initial ng mother ko. Walandin pangalan ng tatay ka gayong kasal naman sila at may copy n ako ng marriage nla. Pati birthplace ko ay mali din. Dapat san fabian, pangasinan pero nakalagay say san fabian, pampanga. Gamit ko name ay rogien zarate rodriguez since elementary ako gang makatapos ng pag aaral at lahat ng transaction at record ay eto na ang gamit ko na name. Pero ang mi n nasa unang bc na nakukuha ko ay rogien rodriguez rodriguez at mother ko ay verginia rodriguez rodriguez.Nakakuha na rin ako ng passport dati kasi nakakuha ako ng late registerd na copy ng bc ko pero ngayon di ko ma renew gawa ng ibinibigay na sa akin ngayon ay yung unang bc na may mga mali. Patulong po at kung maari ay pwede po malaman yung pwede magagastos ukol dito kasi sabi sa psa ay kailangan ng petition pra sa cancelation of first entry.

your petition, in my opinion, should be correction of entry of records on the basis to avoid confusion. the first registration is the official one

Saan po yung pwede na pagpapa correction of entry of records po? Sa local regristrar po ba eto dinadala for correction? Thanks po ulit.

Do i still need po ba ng lawyer if correction of entry of records na lang npo yung gagawin ko gaya po ng una nyo na ooinion?
