Hello there, I have a bank salary loan in abu dhabi worth 200K dirhams unpaid for 1 year. The collecting agency kept on bugging me that they will file a criminal case in behalf of their client.

Today, I have applied for an NBI clearance as requirement for local job and for the first time I got a HIT and will return after 2 weeks.

Will this unpaid loan appears in my NBI clearance? Please advise as this might affect my job application.

ask them what criminal case they will file? Laughing

anyway my advise is just return after 2 weeks. no need to be scared. even if by chance you do have a case, NBI will just inform you to go for an interview where they will tell you where the case is filed and where you can get an affidavit if the person who has a case is not you.

Hello Atty:

I want to ask. My friend has a very unique name but she got HIT in NBI Clearance.
She told me, she had an unpaid balance of 250-400 KRW when she bought a phone in a retailer/foreigner store in Korea last 2016 before she went back here in PH. And the person that is the seller told her that his co-founder will go here in PH and and will make a GD in the police with her photo.
Is it possible that it will appear on her NBI Clearance?

I am hoping for your replies. Thank you. She is really nervous.
