NETWORKERS vs WORKERS

I have a question
are networkers are legit/ deserve to earn millions?
I'm not against networking nor networking but it seems to be unfair knowing that typical employee needs a lot of requirement & legalities like sss, bir, pagibig, philhealth etc and has limited income but networkers earns millions & billions of money not even going to dole, bir, even registering to dti/sec etc. and yet  sky is the limit earnings by just deceiving, persuading, manipulating, influencing, scamming others etc. and not even paying their individual/business tax compared to employees/entrepreneur who were deducted & obliged to pay tax per cut off, monthly, yearly, annually but others don't but get earns well without any legal and community obligation even contribution to the society but just to earn is there any laws pertaining in networking coz if there is no need for documents & legalities then why do we need to comply with those if others don't and has more benefit

There are networking companies who are registered under the SEC. They are also bound to pay corporate income tax and other fees.

There are deceptive people who claim to be a networking company but have not complied with the laws here as per registration and requirements. It is always important to check with the SEC if the networking company is duly registered with them and if they are compliant with their fees. Checking with the BIR is also prudent for investors to do, since that will prove if they are indeed paying their taxes to the government legally.

We should not hastily dismiss networking businesses as scams, since that would be unfair generalization on our part. There are networking companies who are earning big and are also giving back to the community by organizing feeding programs and donating to charities. If we are to exercise such a cynic view on networking companies, then we must at least do our part and research on them first before imposing such a negative generalization.
