I run an inland swimming resort which means that during the school semester we are quiet and dont require so many workers and the ones I retain are of an age where as they are to old for pagibig I only have the younger workers here for about 8 months of the year but never for more than 3 months.

imo, pag-ibig defines their coverage by whoever is covered by sss. and sss law states that ALL employees are covered
