breach of contract

Good day! I just want to share our current problem in our school now. we have a teacher who resigned because she wanted to concentrate on her beauty pageant preparation. We have given her the most favorable consideration but she still decided to resign. The thing is she hadn't left all the documents that we need like report cards, form 137 and many more. on Friday would be the schedule of giving of cards but she hasn't attended school until she said yesterday that she will resign. In addition to this, her parents went to our school yesterday because this teacher fed them wrong information. She told her parents that we are holding her because we do not want her to go but the truth is she is the first one who went home yesterday. I just want to know what is the possible thing to do and what is the case we can file against her? Thank you so much!
