I am currently employed sa isang company at pumirma po ako ng contract for 3 years. 1 year training bond stating that the company will train as and another 2 years para sa employment sa company.
Currently, I am on my 21st month to this company and planning to resign due to family and personal matters. When we asked the HR regarding the bond, sinabihan kami that should we decide to resign, we have to pay the amount corresponding to the remaining months nung bond amounting to 175000+ (300k total cashbond).

during the 1st year training period, for 5 months they trained us about the language and the culture nung bansa na kung saan idedeploy dapat kami. after 5 months nastop yung classroom based training namin at nagstart na kami mgself study and gumawa ng mga technical works na ginagawa din ng mga employee dito sa pinas na walang bond. Hanggang ngayon ganoon pa rin ginagawa namin at wala ng other trainings. nakalimutan na din namin yung inaral namin for 5 months dahil nandito kami sa pinas at di namin naiaapply yung foreign language na inaral namin. mukhang malabo na din ang sinabi nila na madeploy pa kami kaya marami sa amin na covered ng bond ang gustong umalis na.
ang tanong ko po ay ano po mangyayari kapag di namin nabayaran yung amount na sinabi nila na babayaran namin kapag nagresign kami? Ganun po ba talaga ang computation ng magiging halaga ng kailangan naming bayaran? at lastly makakakuha po ba kami ng backpay and COE?
Sa personal case ko kasi ay kailangan ko na talagang magresign due to family matters. at wala akong ibabayad sa kanila dahil kailangan ko din ng malaking halaga.
