I remember a true story from a friend where she said that one Philippine company was sued because its company name, as a representation - SAMPLECOMPANY, starts with the word SAMPLE which resembles exactly the same as the suing company's first part of the name, SAMPLECORPORATION. As far as I remember, the sued company won the case.

My concern about this is, if that same situation happened but the sued company's name will be used on eg. YouTube account name, Google play developer name or any other online accounts, can they still be sued especially if they are not offering the same kind of product?

If somehow the online account name has been decided to be used to make a company, will the situation happened to the story be on this too?

the test applied is whether they are confusingly similar. Harvard University filed a case against Harvard Jeans here in the Philippines and won.
