Hello. I would just like to ask if mag kaka problema ba if hindi pa rin sa amin pinakita at pinapirma yun contract before we went into training. baka kasi may clause na ilagay sila na magiging one-sided or unfair for us lalo na at natapos na yun training namin.

if merong such provision such as a training bond or a non compete etc, as long as hindi ka pumirma hindi ba bound or obligated by it

Saka kung wala ka man pinirmahan, understood parin yun na hindi parin pwedeng bumaba yung terms and conditions of employment mo sa minimum na itinakda ng batas (ex. wage, hours of work, etc.). So kung covered naman ng batas, hindi mo kailangan alalahanin masyado yung pagiging one-sided against you.
