Transfer of property name

Dear Legas Advisor,

I have question...

We are one of the NHA's lot awardee in Tatalon Quezon City. The lot is under my parents name, but my mother passed away last 1986 and my father only last 2016.

We pay this lot in monthly installment, but it is me who is paying that lot until finally I paid it in full.

Now since my parent are both deceased we want to transfer it under our name.

I was abroad when we processed this transfer of property under our names. But I noticed my sister includes his husband's name in that transfer of property.

My point here is the name of my sister's husband... is it right to include her husband's name in the property?

I appreciate your advise on this...
