Hello po sa lahat. I'm asking for information or advices po sana on what to do with my case. What happened was, nag pa cash out po ako sa isang outlet ng isang lhuiller. I've been doing transactions with them for quite a while already. Then, just this week, I went there again para mag pa cash out ulit. Nag fill up ako ng form, provided them my PIN through text, kasi need ng pin before mka proceed sa transaction. Na send ko na pin, gave them my ID, then a minute or 2 ni release na ang money ko. They gave me my receipt for the transaction, signed by the agent. When I got home after dun, nag message workmate ko na ipa encash na lng din daw nya yung pay nya. So nag withdraw ulit ako from Paypal to my Gcash and sent the money sa isang gcash account. Then kasi, payday nun, we're planning to bring my daughter to SM, but before going to sm, nag pa cash out ulit ako para sa pay nung workmate ko dun sa isang branch na pina pa cashoutan din namin kasi mas malapit sa place ng workmate ko. So all is well, until pag dating namin sa SM, hindi pa nakakalahati sa pag eenjoy anak ko, nag text ang branch kung san ako una nag pa cash out that day na failed yung transaction, na return daw ang money sa account ko and pinapabalik ako sa branch nila. But, I never received a text from GCash na failed transaction and bumalik ung pera. So we went home right away para mka internet and to check my gcash transaction history.
Then, nag text na sila threatening me, na ipost daw nila sa social media, kasi my cctv daw, ipa NBI daw ako and such. A Gcash agent daw called me and after telling him my side, nag sorry sya and told me, baka nag overreact lng daw yung agent ng lhuiller kasi deduct daw sa pay nya.
2 days after the incident, yung teller ng lhuiller nag titext na isaulj ko daw yung pera, kung hindi ipa NBI daw ako. Wla naman po akong natanggap na refund sa account ko dun sa failed transaction daw. And sana din, sa side ng agent hinintay nya din sana yung confirmation from Gcash before nya ni release yung pera ko. Anon ang isasa uli ko na wla man ako natanggap na returned money? Please help and any information or advices is greatly appreciated.
