Hi po,
Last 2015, i decided to get a motor cycle to Motortrade which is Mio sporty. unfortunately after 3 months of paying and using the said motorcycle, i became a victim of robbery (it includes my mobile phone). the saddest part is that it is the the same day that i will be assigned to other area as a field worker. in short, "nawalan po ako ng time na magpa pulis report" ang fault ko din po is natakot din ako that time. i'm only 21 years old. after a month, i go back to Motortrade to ask if what can i do or any suggestion what will happen. apparently, the shop is closed and the Netizen around the shop told me that they already moved out. after a week i saw my neighbor to my old apartment and told me that there are demand letters being delivered to my old apartment but being trashed because i'm no longer living there. due to my fears, "hinayan ko nalang".
As of today, sa tingin ko po kaya ko na naman pong hulugan ulit yung motor para mabayaran yung pagkakautang ko. and it's my mission this coming January 2018.
Question/s:
1. possible po bang magka record ako sa NBI pag kumuha ako ng clerance kahit wala akong na kukuha na demand letters?. ma e sasampa padin ba nila yun?.
2. if ever na na e sampa nga, pag kinuha ko po ba yun at nasalang ako sa interview for investigation is makukulong po ba ako right away kung malalaman nila ang storya?.
