Hi Po..ask ko lang po if mag file po ako ng resignation on account of my pregnancy, tapus magbigay ako ng 30 days notice at gusto ng employer ko mas higit pa sa 30 days, meron po ba akong right na e pursue na 30 days lang talaga dapat kasi pregnancy man po ang reason ko..?

may xontract ka ba na pinirmhan na more than 30 days if nag resign ka? if wala they cannot impose it. maselan ba ang pregnancy mo? if yes just have the doctor issue you a medical certificate. chnaces are di ka na nila pipilitin kasi if pilitin nila, ipagpaliban mo nalang resignation mo until after maternity leave
