Hi good day, just call me Mars, I just want to ask if it is legal that the salary disputes shall be carried over to my back pay (that, as per Hr, it will be released after 45 days of after the completion of clearance) if the employee was been termed? The first time I got dispute, they released it after 2 days. In my case, the second time around, they did not same the same procedure on my third dispute complaint, but instead they add it up on my back pay. Please help me

did you already resigned? if you did they will include it in your final pay.
