what you should do is to compile evidence of what she was doing before and after the rape to see if what was happening is inconsistent with a charge of rape. find out where she was, what she was doing, who she was with.

I just don't know how you will be able to prove that she consented to having a three-way. That is a very strong indicator of rape because very few girls will be willing to do that.

ganito po kasi ang kwento galing kami ng school dahil nagturo ung bestfriend ko sa school namin after that inaya na ng bestfriend ko lumabas then pumunta sila dito sa bahay with me and while they are having sex I joined them ang tanung ko lang kung my pag asa ba kami manalo eh 15 lang ung babae

Hi atty ask ko lng po sabi po kasi ng abogado namin voluntary surrender daw po ung asawa ko para ma drop ung case possible po ba na within 2days ma dismiss since hindi na din tutuloy na complainant ung case
