Arresto Menor

Hi,

I will be renewing my passport by January 2018 and I need assistance regarding my case.
Married in 2006 but due to irreconcilable differences, we decided to part ways. He's a US citizen and he forwarded a final judgement of divorce processed in the superior court of Guam. Can I show this on my appointment date to have my surname changed on my passport? I still have a lot of questions regarding this.
