Anyone can write or verbally ask a salary increase from their employer. But if you will all ask for it, in a same letter, signed by everyone, it can be construed as a collective bargaining. Pag-isipan talaga kayo ng company na you're trying to assemble and if you are not registered assembly (unionized) the request would not have an effect.

Thanks po sa reply Smile of all nurses isa lang po hindi nagsign . Wala po talaga sa isip namin yun na union. Purely salary increase lang po talaga nasa letter ,from the time na nagbigay po kami ng letter na yun 3rd day na po ngayon they still putting us in a situation na bigbigla e memeeting isa isa ang nurse without prior notice,is it formal to do that or do we have the right to ask for a formal meeting na dapat lahat kamk nurses hindi po yjng isa isahin nila kausapin then in their mind they already made up na nagawa nga daw kami union na parang blackmail daw po ang dating.and sa opinion po namin that letter po was addressed to supervisor and adviser only pero po pinbasa nila sa ibang members ng administration ,do they have d right to do so? .thanks po . Reply is much appreciated..
