Hi sir, i have one concern po regarding bf/gf or gf/gf relationship in one company. May ruling ba ang labor that prohibits relationships in just one company?

I am in HR, we just recently knew yun na hire namin na 4 employees sa agency (which is there direct employer coz they are still under agency) are in a relationship and napansin naming kasi satay mag absent and when ask the bf/gf they denied it. Yun gf/gf hindi pa naming tinanong cos we are not yet sure until this week we already confirm.

Can you help me with this case?

No ruling in labor regarding relationship within the company.

If you are in HR, the best that you can do is report them to the agency and ask for a replacement. state to the agency that their workers are non performing due to their frequent absences.

Good day po ...inquire ko lang po kung is it improper or informla to send a letter to our company adviser and supervisor requesting for salary increase? Working po ako sa isang company wherein lahat kami nurses magdecide to make this letter of request,dahil po sa working hours namin na 12hours araw araw pasok namim,bayad nman ang 3hrs ot but then pahirapan po mag leave or lets say to render only regular 8working hours then pinapapsok pa kami sunday ..but sending that letter na misinterpret na parang nagawa daw kami labor unuon ...need advice po thanks

eh yun frequent na psgpapakita ng motibo ng mga babae na magpayad sa isang gay na under agency, ano pwede ijado duon? para kase pinipilahan ng mga babae na client ni gay kaso gusto nya lalaki hslis magpakuta raw sa kanya ng underwear yung mga babae parati
