Arresto Menor

Good day! I'm a seafarer, I was repatriated last August due to a heart attack while on board on one of our vessel. Presently, I'm on medication.
What will I do if, just in case our company doctor, after all the check up concluded that I am fit for work, and my company do not intend to send me on board again. Can I just claim for a full disability compensation? Because, I'm afraid other shipping company will not accept me as well, once they learned about my condition..
