Arresto Menor

Need ko lang po ng advice for my friend.. she was inquested already and is on detention now waiting to bail out. She got arrested for stealing 150k woth of casino chips.. but she gave everything back voluntarily that day as well.. anu po kayang mangyayari sa case niya?

Kahit binalik nya yung ninakaw nya, the crime still happened. Yung company lang ang makakasagot kung magseek ba sila ng legal actions or what.
