I have a question regarding with rules and regulation. It is ESL company anyway.One of company's admin roam around just to make sure that all employees should sign it. However,some of the teachers didn't read it ,because they were having their classes at the same time. The roaming admin just let my friend sign it because she's going to let other employees to sign it too(ONLY ONE COPY) , my friend asked " Is there new rules and regulations? " take note , she was having her class during that time,the roaming admin just answered " No , just the same, based from the old contract" . So my friend just signed the said paper. Days passed by,she opened her fb account in the computer which is not allowed in the company and if admins catch you opening some sites, they will automatically deducted points to your Monthly evaluation and of course it will affect to one of their best incentive. Every month they will be categorize and every title has a corresponding amount, My friend got disqualified because she was caught browsing her fb. When she asked why she is disqualified, one of admins answered that it is part of the new rules and regulations, she said that she signed it because she trusted the roaming admin during the signing of the new rules and regulations. Now my questions are ;
Is it legal to have one copy of the said rules and regulation without proper information about it, all signatures was only in one paper and I think it is not good, what if they're going to attach another paper which is not part of the previous rules and regulations, whose fault is it ? my friend just signed the paper because the roaming admin said nothings change, actually all of the employee was shock about it, they didn't know about it . What will be the action for that ? Please help me .
