Hi good day. I would like to inquire. I was hired on July 31, 2017. Theres a stipulation in the contract about the training bond for 4months in the amount of 25K Php. But due to family matters that I need to look after my kids I can no longer commit to report to work that is why i decided to resign in October. I know that I am liable to pay for the bond but my question is can I still get my final pay including the 13th month pay and will just settle the bond with the company?

Check with the company policy, usually given in your handbook. what does it state. also check with your contract. Some company usually hold the final pay of the employees as a down payment for the bond you are liable to pay.
